The Master Group and Value Added Distributors Welcome Seasoned New Leader

The Master Grouphas appointed Clay Holder as president of Value Added Distributors, and senior vice president of U.S. Distribution. Holder will also join the executive team of the Master Group. He assumes this role from Chris Baker who is appointed senior vice president of business development and acquisitions.

Holderjoins Master from Johnson Controls where he was vice president and general manager for factory distribution with full accountability for 45 branches and 350 team members across the United States. He was also accountable for the Source 1 aftermarket business for JCI.

"As we continue to focus on the execution of our U.S. growth plan we are extremely excited to add Clay to our executive team. His prior experience with JCI, Parker Hannifin and Hilti coupled with his strong commitment to servant leadership provide a great foundation for success and we are truly excited to benefit from everything he brings to both VAD and Master," said Neil McDougal l, president of the Master Group.
