Did you know there was a plumber who became an NBA player during the 1949-50 season? Ernesto Soliven shares the story of Norman Stanley Glick in a recent article for Basketball Network.

"Without any actual offers from L.A. and New York, Glick tried his luck in trade. Instead, he decided to pursue plumbing under his father's tutelage after finishing high school. But as fate would have it, Norman would return to his first love sooner than later," Soliven reports.
