A. O. Smith University Announces December Class Schedule for Contractor Partners
A. O. Smith, a leader in water heating and treatment, has announced new dates for its series of virtual training classes, added due to high-demand.
The A. O. Smith University class schedule varies from month-to-month, and sessions range in topics, including residential, commercial, tankless and heat pump training. December classes include the following:
- Dec. 2, 7 A .M. CST: Contractor Live Show RE-3
- Dec. 2, 10 A.M. CST: Contractor Live Show RE-3
- Dec. 7, 8 A.M. CST: Residential Training – Residential Gas and Power Vent
- Dec. 8, 8 A.M. CST: Commercial Training – Commercial Gas
- Dec. 9, 9 A.M. CST: Tankless Training – Application, How it works, Troubleshooting
- Dec. 16, 7 A.M. CST: Vertex, 100K BTU
- Dec. 16, 10 A.M. CST: Vertex, 100K BTU
As a result of COVID-19, most classes shifted to a virtual learning format. Our state-of-the-art broadcast studio located in Ashland City, Tennessee, gave instructors the ability to provide real-time, full-scope demonstrations on a range of A. O. Smith products, so attendees could continue receiving the benefits of hands-on training in a virtual environment

O. Smith. “This month, we’re focusing on our tankless products, along with our commercial and residential gas and electric product lines.”

Both facilities are equipped to train technicians, contractors, and product representatives on a variety of products and topics.
Classes are taught on a two-way meeting platform, and there is a 50-person cap placed on all sessions to ensure participants have a high-level of engagement with instructors, as well as the opportunity to ask questions.
