Meet the Speakers

Matt is the systems design engineering manager at Rinnai America Corp. He is responsible for managing the Application Engineering Center of Excellence, where his team of engineers provides residential and commercial water heater solutions, which include sizings, bill of materials, plumbing design schematics, mechanical room layouts, and the design of custom Made-to-Order products. Matt has been with Rinnai for eight years, working in both new product development and application engineering. He is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Science in mechanical engineering. In November 2020, he obtained Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure in the state of Georgia. Prior to joining Rinnai, Matt worked in an industrial pump repair facility where he designed pump components, including shafts, bearings, and impellers. Matt and his team work out of the Rinnai Corporate office in Peachtree City, Georgia.

Dale is a senior marketing manager at Rinnai America Corp. and is responsible for the commercial and residential new construction markets. His primary responsibilities include product and service development and launch, strategic planning, market research, advertising and brand management. Dale has been with Rinnai for nearly five years, and prior to that, worked in marketing and business development for Marvin Windows and Doors and Steelcase Office Furniture. Dale is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in economics and resides with his family in Peachtree City, Georgia.
